As a wife and busy mom to five active boys, I know firsthand how hard it is to balance motherhood and working a full time job, all while trying to stay sane and *maybe* fit in time for you. Back when I had just one child, I thought this was impossible. Now with 5, I actually manage to find some (although small) time to fit in some self care!
You’re probably wondering how that’s possible (even I’m having a hard time believing my own words), but it’s true. I learned to accept help, leave things less than perfect, and find little tips and tricks along the way that make a huge difference. I even had time to lose 60+ pounds with 30 minute workouts.
